Lower Manaslu Trek

  • Day 1: Arrival at Kathmandu and transfer to the hotel

    Upon arrival at Kathmandu, you will be met by a representative from All Nepal Excursion who will transfer you to the hotel for check in. You can get rest and relax at your hotel or explore around Thamel and do some last-minute shopping for your tomorrow trek. Overnight at the hotel.

  • Day 2: Drive to Barpak Village from Kathmandu (1920m.|6299ft., 8 - 9 hrs drive)

    After breakfast, get ready to start your journey from Kathmandu to Barpak village located in the Gorkha district of Nepal, is a scenic journey that takes you through diverse landscapes and picturesque surroundings. As you approach Barpak village, you will be rewarded with stunning views of the surrounding hills and valleys with the majestic Himalayan peaks in the distance. The village is known for its traditional Gurung architecture, terraced fields, and warm hospitality of the local residents.

  • Day 3: Trek from Barpak Village to Laprak Village (2200m.|7217ft.)

    Start your trek from Barpak village where, you can enjoy the views of te mountains and terraced field as you begin your journey. As you ascend or descend along the trail, you will be treated to panoramic views of the Manaslu range, including peaks like Manaslu, Himalchuli, and Ngadi Chuli. Upon arrival at Laprak village which is beautiful Gurung settlement perched on a hillside of over looking the valley. You can explore the village and interact with the locals. Overnight at Laprak village.

  • Day 4: Trek from Laprak village to Nambai Kharka (2915m.|9563ft.)

    After morning breakfast, start your trek from Laprak village to Nambai Kharka where you have to trek through lush forests, terraced fields and small settlement as you ascend towards higher elevations. The trail will take you into more remote and rugged terrain with some steep and challenging sections along the way. Upon arrival at Nambai Kharka, which is high altitude grazing pasture where you can experience the remote beauty of the himalayas. You will spend your night at Nambai Kharka.

  • Day 5: Hike to Dharche Danda (3220m) and trek to Tallo Thotneri (1650m.|5413ft.)

    Start your journey by hiking to Dharche Danda, which is a popular viewpoint in the Gorkha district offering breathtaking views of the Himalayan ranges, including Manaslu, Annapurna and Ganesh Himal. After enjoying the views from Dharche Danda, begin your trek towards Tallo Thotneri village located in Gorkha district specially known for Newari architecture, terraced field and warm hospitality. Explore the village. Overnight at Tallo Thotneri.

  • Day 6: Trek from Tallo Thotneri to Deurali (1300m.|4265ft.)

    After having morning breakfast, start your trek from Tallo Thotneri village to Deurali. As you trek towards Deurali, you will pass through charming Nepali settlements where you can interact with the friendly locals. The trail may involve some uphill and downhill sections so be prepared for varying trail conditions and changes in elevation. Upon reaching at Deurali, take some time to explore the village, relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. Overnight at Deurali.

  • Day 7: Drive from Deurali to Kathmandu (1400m.|4593ft.)

    Start your journey towards main road that connects Deurali to the highway linking Gorkha to Kathmandu. As you continue your journey, you can enjoy the scenic views of the surrounding mountains, rivers and valley. Upon arrival at Kathmandu, you will spend your night at the hotel.

  • Day 8: Final departure day

    After morning breakfast, get ready for your final departure. We see you again for your next expedition into the Himalaya region.
