Detailed Itinerary

  • Day 1: Flight from Kathmandu to Pokhara (820 m) and drive to Saripakha (1700 m, trek to Hilekharka (2160 m)

    Take a domestic flight from Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu to Pokhara Airport. The flight duration is around 25 minutes offering scenic views of the Himalayas. Upon arrival at Pokhara, drive to Saripakha. Saripakha is a starting point for many treks in the region, including the trek to Hilekharka. The trek from Saripakha to Hilekharka passes through lush forests, terraced fields, and traditional villages, offering glimpse of local culture and nature. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings and mountain views as you make your way to Hilekharka. Overnight at Hilekharka.

  • Day 2: Trek from Hilekharka to Khumai Danda (3245m) via Chichemle Kharka (2645 m)

    Start your trek from Hilekharka and head towards Chichemle Kharka. Chichemle Kharka is a scenic spot along the trek route where you can take a break, enjoy the views and interact with locals. From Chichemle Kharka, continue trekking towars Khumai Danda. This part of trek involves ascending and descending trails. Upon arrival at Khumai Danda which is known for its vantage point that offers stunning views of surrounding mountains and valleys. You will witness beautiful sunrises or sunsets depending on the time of day. Overnight st Khumai Danda.

  • Day 3: Hike to Korchan Danda (3682 m) for sunrise view, descend to Saripakha and drive to Pokhara

    Start early in the morning from Saripakha and hike to Korchan Danda to witness the spectacular sunrise over the mountains. Korchan Danda offers panoramic view of the Himalayan ranges and the sunrise from the vantage point is breathtaking. After soaking in the sunrise views and capturing some memorable photos, descend back to Saripakha. Once you reach Saripakha, prepare for your drive back to Pokhara.
