Everest Three Passes Trekking

  • Day 01: Trek from Lukla (2860m) to Phakding (2610m)

    After having breakfast, take an early morning scenic flight to Lukla which serves as the gateway to the Everest region and is the popular starting point for treks to Mount Everest Base Camp. After arrival in Lukla start your trekking towards Phakding which is a small village alongside the Dudh Koshi river. Overnight in Phakding.

  • Day 02: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,440 m)

    After breakfast continue your trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar through beautiful pine forests and Sherpa villagesn. You have to cross several suspension bridges inorder to enjoy panoramic views of mountains. Overnight in Namche Bazaar.

  • Day 03: Rest day at Namche Bazaar for acclimatization and excursion.

    This day is the rest day for accilimatization and excurtion to the increasing altitude. You can explore Namche markets where you can buy local products and you can also visit to Sherpa Museum where you can learn about Sherpa culture and traditions. Overnight in Namche Bazaar.

  • Day 04: Trek to Tengboche (3,867 m)

    Early in the morning, start your trek to the Dudh Koshi River and ascend through rhododendron forests. You can visit to the Tenboche Monastry with stunning views of Everest, Ama Dablam and other peaks. Overnight in Tengboche.

  • Day 05: Trek to Dingboche (4,260 m)

    After breakfast, start your journey from Tengboche to Dingboche through forests and by crossing the Imja River. Ascend gradually to Dingboche, a picturesque village with stone-walked fields. Overnight in Dingboche.

  • Day 06: Rest day at Dingboche for acclimatization and excursion.

    This day is the rest day at Dingboche for acclimatization and excurtion. Optional day hike to Nangkartshang peak for acclimatization and stunning views. Overnight in Dingboche.

  • Day 07: Trek to Chukung (4,740 m)

    Start your trek from Dingboche to Chukung which is the small settlement at the base of island Peak. Enjoy the views of Lhotse- Nuptse ridge and Ama Dablam. Overnight in Chukung.

  • Day 08: Trek and cross Kongma-la (5,357 m) to reach Lobuche (4,930 m)

    Start your challenging day by crossing Kongma-la where you can find an incredible view. After that descend to Lobuche which is a popular stop before Everest Base Camp. Overnight in Lobuche.

  • Day 09: Trek to Everest Base Camp (5,364 m) and back at Gorakshep

    After breakfast start your hiking journey to Everest Base Camp. Trek to Gorak shep and continue to Everest Base Camp. You can explore EBC, take photos and enjoy the surrrounding. Return to Gorak Shep for overnight stay.

  • Day 10: Hike to Kalapathar (5,545 m) trek to Dzongla (4,830 m).

    Early morning hike to Kala Patthar for sunrise views of Mt. Everest and neibouring peaks. Descend to Dzongla for overnight stay.

  • Day 11: Cross Cho-la pass 5,367 m and down at Thagnaak (4,750 m)

    Start your challenging day by crossing Cho-La pass with breaktaking views. After that go down to Thagnak which is a small village with teahouse. Overnight in Thagnak.

  • Day 12: Trek to Gokyo Lake (4,800 m)

    Early morning hike to Gokyo Ri for panoramic views of Everest, Lhotse, Makalu, and Cho Oyu. You can also explore the beautiful Gokyo Lakes and surroundings. Overnight in Gokyo.

  • Day 13: Cross last Renjo-la pass (5,360 m) to Lungdhen (4,380 m)

    Cross Renjo La Pass with rewarding views of Everest, Lhotse, and surrounding peaks. After that go to Lungdhen which is a small tea house. Overnight in Lungdhen.

  • Day 14: Trek downhill to Thame village (3,880 m)

    Early in the morning Trek down to the village of Thame, passing through picturesque Sherpa villages. Enjoy the mountain views and cultural experience along the way.

  • Day 15: Trek to Namche Bazaar (4,260 m)

    Trek back towards Namche Bazaar following Dudh Koshi river. Pass through traditional sherpa villages and lush forests. Overnight in Namche Bazaar.

  • Day 16: Trek back to Lukla

    Descend from Namche Bazaar to Lukla via familier trails. Celebrate the completion of the trek with your team and prepare for your departure to Kathmandu.
